HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ONE AND ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope everyone has a great day giving thanks for all those small and large things in our lives. One of mine just came running from his bedroom, with a big smile on his face. Off to watch the parade, and cook the bird.
And thanks to all of YOU here on Knots.

"if I can turn it into sawdust, I can handle it"
Here in New Mexico, I trapped a couple of Roadrunners for Thanksgiving dinner. They don't have a lot of meat on them, so you need a couple of birds for each person. But, if cooked right, they're pretty tasty, leaning toward the "rangy" side of the taste spectrum. You only get a teaspoon or so of dressing per bird, though. ;-)
