Taunton needs some good computer specialists. I was sent an on line survey of tools that they intended to publish in the fall. When I tried to answer it the first time they said they weren’t ready and wait several days, so I saved it and tried again. When I tried to answer the second time, I couldn’t get into the site( although I had entered my email address) so I saved the survey again. This time it said I had already completed the survey(probably because they had my email address as having entered the site before) and therefore couldn’t respond again. AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

Yes, we have been more than a bit humbled here in IT at Taunton by the initial failure of our tool survey. First, sincere apologies for the problems. We believe we've addressed all of the issues, but it sounds as if there are still problems, and I'd like to clear them up.

I'm posting this here for you as you read this site.
I have not been able to get on the Taunton site, ever, period!!!!
I was amazed that I was able to get on the forum site.
The last time I tried to get on, all I got (the same as before) was:
waiting for reply.
I gave up trying last year.
