In the online video by Matthew Teague on how to build an “Elegant Dining Chair”, Matthew used an oscillating (?) table belt sander. Where do you get it? What brand is it? I cannot seem to find it. How much $$$ does it cost?

Look at edge sanders in Grizzly. You don't an oscillating one. Oscillating gives a nicer finish but the same effect can be achieved by angling the support table slightly and moving the wood into the moving belt. Edge sanders are a staple of the commercial shops and factories but there are some decent ones for the home shop. Top of the line are Oakley and are priced in the thousands and are cast iron. The Grizzly, Sunhill, Woodtech ones are perfectly fine.
Thanks. I will check it out.
It is a Ridgid combo oscillating belt and spindle sander. You mount either the oscillating belt or use it as a multi size spindle sander. Decent tool. Available at any Home Depot.

I've been happy with my Ridgid OSS/OBS EB4424 and it gets high marks from most others. At $200 for the combo, it's priced comparably to most spindle only OSS. http://www1.epinions.com/review/Ridgid_One_World_Technologies_Inc_Oscillating_Edge_Belt_Spindle_Sander/content_427638034052

I've had the Ridgid OSS/OBS for over a year and can't imagine working without one.I'm making some artsy craftsy stuff for SWMBO, and used it for ~3 hours yesterday sanding out a bunch of curved edges that would have taken at least a full day of hand sanding.
Thanks for your lead. I have ordered one.
