Hi folks,
I just got my new LT14 up and running today and I thought I would share this with you. She is one sweet bandsaw! She sings!
After some minor delays, I pushed the “On” button today and resawed some pieces of Walnut, Cherry, Maple, and Butternut. Using the Resaw King blade by Laguna I took a 1/32″ slice off an 8″ piece of Butternut that is absolutly amaizing. Wafer thin, perfectly straight and even from start to finish.
Man this is one sweet machine. If you ever want a recommendation for a fantasitc bandsaw, look no further. My table saw growls like a banshee, the router whines like a three year old, but this Laguna sings, sings a sweet true tone!
Sorry folks, just had to pass the word.
Regards,
Bob

Lesson for all woodworking beginners - a good bandsaw, doing its job well, is a joy to use and absolutely essential in even a half-capable workshop!
