I just put a new Oldham 60T carbide blade on my 1978 Craftsman RAS. My cuts across a 5 1/2″ board are coming out concave…?…how is that possible?? If I don’t pull the blade completely through I wind up high on one end. I need some advice from those who have been there and done that (and fixed it).

Rick- & have in the past seen my old radial move wood side ways, and was totally baffled till I checked that total alignment. It was off by fractions. Try it.
Alignment is everything on the RAS. Every time I move something on the saw, I re-align everything very precisly or the saw does hack work. It sounds like the front of your blade and the back are not in line when you pull it through the cut, so the blade may be dragging as it comes through. There are dozens of ways to "tweak" things and the owners manual should list them all.
