So I am relatively new to woodworking, so still honing my craft. I have made a few pieces and with each I improve but still have a ton to learn. I am currently considering building a new coffee table/and table and upgrading my dining room table. However, I have concerns regarding humidity effect on the wood. I currently live in a place that has a humidity difference from 0 to 6% and in about a year will be moving to a place with a humidity variation from 65 to 88%.
The question is should I even bother building anything before the move? Or will that moisture change just destroy it?
Thanks!

If I was new to it, I would wait. I just moved from the pacific northwest and before that I lived in the desert of southern California. All my solid stuff I wrapped in plastic before moving north. Then waited a month before removing the plastic when I should have waited two.
