Hi,
I’ve been looking for ideas on a shop made disc sander jig for the lathe or tablesaw. I’m going to make Gary’s miter jig as shown in “Master the Miter”, but am looking to perfect 90s for joinery, in particular, for floating tenons.
Thanks for any info.

I would recommend against trying to clean up miters, or any joint surface, on a disc sander since the resulting surface is usually not nearly as flat and accurate as the surface made by a good clean saw cut.
You would be better off investing your time and money in a good saw blade and properly tuning up your saw. If you must make fine adjustments either make a shooting board for a hand plane or invest in a Guillotine style miter trimmer.
I don't know of anyone selling a cast and machined disc for making a disc sander.
