If by some miracle I made a piece of furniture that someone asked
me to sell to them. (my work is getting better and I have high hopes 🙂 ) can I legally sell it without attributing the design (plan)?

For instance I have seen several articles in Fine Woodworking and other magazines that I may make for my own use but may also want to sell.

Bottom line: Can I sell something I make from a design (i.e. plan) I did not create?
