I have some Pfiel carving tools that are stored in a dark cabinet in a canvas roll and some camella oil on them. However, they are still getting some slight surface rust on them. Any suggestions for preventing this. Shop temp and humidity is typically in the 30-40 range and 70 to 80 degree range.

Get them out of the canvas roll and store them in a tight drawer along with a block of camphor, available at most drug stores. It "outgasses" and puts a protective film on the tools.
