Will try again, Cut and pasted her email address so I can't figure out why it didn't work. Thanks so much for your followup info

Toot my 'Own Horn a bit'
I made it long ago and it WORKS. At least for me.
Horizontal Router table. I have changed it a bit over time. But the basics still work.
http://forums.taunton.com/fw-knots/messages?msg=9255.1
Biggest change was adding levers (knuckle Joints) to move the tables. At first, I just did by hand.
Take a look. It is just an idea for you. Can be adapted to your needs.
Yes, there is a MS Visio file in there if you have it!.

Thanks for the help and the pics . i think i can duplicate from pictures. Thanks again for your help
As a note.. I used Accuride full extension slides. If you can find and afford better 'get them!' My Accurides work.. I do air blast out the dust often!
I used a thick wooden base. If you can find a flat hunk of metal for the base.. USE IT!
EDIT: By the way.. Use the 'idea' NOT the exact dimentions. Your ride may be a bit different than my old Packard. Take the idea and fit to you router!

If you can't find what you want, try this horizontal router table from Ernie Conover from a back issue of FWW.
Best,
Serge

Hi John,
Success! My horizontal router table is completed (see attachement). I made several modifications from the design of Ernie Conover (FW#147) to fit my needs, like the size of the top, the lifting and locking mecanisms. You can see all the details on my website. I also included a short video so you can see it from all around. It will be a very practical tool in my workshop.
I'm still waiting to see yours !

COOL.. Have fun and watch your fingers really close.
Very nice work..
Très Nice !
I flunked french in High School.J'ai échoué au français dans le lycée.
Have fun with the new toy!
Thanks Will,
Fingers away from router bits ? Reason why I wanted to add the miter gauge slot. I only have ten and I want to keep them all.
I believe it's because you flunked French in High School the reason why today you are using a translation program or website ? Another good reason to be 'connected'.
