I am having trouble finding a router lift for an older Makita router 3 hp
I want to retrofit it to my router table that I built years ago.
Do you know of a router lift that will allow me to make adjustments above the table?

swifty,
Router Raizer {<-- link to their WEBsite} makes one that should fit. It's the RZ-100 model methinks.

Hi Bob:
I really appreciate your answer to my question.
Have you used the router razer?
I am a bit put off by the requirement to drill into my router to install the unit but I am still thinking about it.
Thanks for the info.

Archer,
Yes I have one installed on a Hitachi M12. It's a plunge router, plenty of giddyup for power, and is a workhorse.
Built a router table into the right ext. of a Unisaw, made a plate from a piece of 1/4" aluminum and mounted the router with the RR. Didn't have to modify mine at all, not sure about yours. I would have done it anyway as it's the only lifter that will fit the M12 (ahem, at a reasonable price that is.). Works well for me so that's what counts.
Oh, and it's made to stay on the router either in the table or out. So I figured, what's to lose?
Regards,
P.S. I am not affiliated, nah to heck with all that. I like the thing - period.
