   Havn't made or used any that small.  Smallest I've made is 1".  Picked a font on the computer and printed it out.  Used spray adhesive to stick it to some 1/4" MDF, then cut'em out with a jigsaw and small blades.  Cleaned up with knife and files.  Gotta use a very small PC guide and bit in a lam trimmer for that.

   You might want to take a look in a couple of scroll saw (crafts) magazines.  They deal with smaller letters.

   forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
