Hello all,
Never posted here but have read much. So, I want to throw something out for some feed back. I have been doing some cabinet work on a boat. I’m getting ready to build a table that will have two rounded corners ( 6 inch radius). The table will have a 2 inch fiddle around all four sides. How about some ideas on turning the corners, I don’t want to see end grain. The thickness of the fiddle is going to be 5/8″. Do I try the steaming method or laminating thin (1/8″) pieces until I reach the desired thickness? Thanks for any input !

Either way will work, but I don't think you can work fast enough to bend solid wood.
