i am a fairly well rounded remodeling contractor, but i am getting more complicated roofs, and also attaching room addition roofs to complicated rooflines. i need a school (or another contractor) that can teach me complicated roof framming fast. any suggestions? big al

You could always do an index check of the back issues of FHB for roof framing.
There are many times that one little tip or a close look at one of the pics has been so worth the price of the whole mag.
About the roof thing... are architects in cahoots with truss manufacturers to see how complicated a roof they can come up with? I've heard taxes go up with more roof planes.
