I’m looking for arbor ( spindle) for older Rockwell shaper,Model 43-120, that I can use my 1/4 & 1/2 ” router bits in, right now it has spindle for shaper bits only. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do some searching at http://www.owwm.com . If nothing else you'll find the site very interesting.

Bruce I was in the store Wednesday afternoon, you were not. BTW your Festool display is nice and much better than the display at Woodcraft.
Life is what happens to you when you're making other plans .
Router spindle including collet P/N 43-185. I would not recommend using a router bit in this shaper because the speed is not high enough.
