I was wondering if anyone owns THE RIKON 18” bandsaw? The deal that Woodcraft has right now is almost too good to pass. I have a Delta 14” with riser that does a good job, but would like to have a bigger saw just for resawing.
Any thoughts?

Screnshaw, there is another post on Knots that discusses the Rikon 18" in some detail. There are even pictures. You may want to do a search.
What is the resaw capacity of your Delta? I thought it was 12". I was thinking that the resaw capacity of the Rikon 18" was the same as your Delta with the riser block.

The current issue of Wood Magazine has a detailed review and high recommendation for the Rikon.

Keep the Delta and get the Ittura design, (888-722-7078 it's free), catalog for tips on tuning it up, you will love the result.
I dunno, I took another look at the Rikon saw at Woodcraft on Saturday, and I would want to see how they hold up over the next couple of years before buying one. Looking at their 6" jointer, I got this yucky feeling about the quality -- looked very cheaply manufactured. May be a case of different standards for different machines in their line? Hmmmmmm, will be interesting to see how they do.

I own a Powermatic 14" and not a Rikon, so I would not offer an opinion.
However, when I was looking to buy a new bandsaw, the Rikon was one of the choices I seriously considered. I spoke to several people who own and actually use the Rikon 18". Every one of them is extremely happy with it. Didn't hear anything "yucky" from any of them.
