CMT has one part#241.008.04 I see them an the internet from $21-$39 with Woodcraft being the $39. It's the same blade the 557 uses by the way.

Rob,
Biscuit Joiner blades can usually be sharpened (depends how much carbide) but each sharpening will reduce the kerf slightly and make the biscuits tighter. You can probably get by with one or two grindings before it becomes an issue.

Get it sharpened, I have had mine done.
Like Charles said though, gotta watch how many times you do it.

Definitely get it sharpened, you'll save some major dough. If your sharpener is familiar with wood working tools he'll gladly take it easy on the sides of the carbide for ya, or you could ask him/her to leave the side alone and hone them yourself with a diamond stone. I've found that as long as your sharpener knows that the thickness of the blades carbide is an issue, you can get up to 6 or more sharpenings on one blade.
