Relay outlet for multi tool power supply

I am hoping someone can tell me were one can purchase these relay outlets (2) with power cord. These are the outlets you plug a table saw or router or chopsaw into the one label direct power, plug a shop vac into the other outlet place switch in on postion and when the saw or router is in use the another outlet that will then power up turning the shop vac on. Turn saw off vac is off to.

It has a delay of 7 seconds before the shop vac or dust collector shuts off

I use a swtich-activated box (like you'd put on a router table) with a heavy-duty 3-outlet tap added. Not as clean, but way cheaper. Same number of amps. If I want a 7-second delay, just have to stop feeding wood and count to 7.
**Same brand as the Eagle, $5 less.
