Recommend Jet 9″disc/6″belt sander????

I am considering buying a moderately used Jet 708596K 9″ disk / 6″ belt sander.
Any recommendations. Read one review from 05 that said it was a disaster right out of the box and took forever to get repaired. Another one gave it good ratings, with some minor issues.
Anyone with direct experience?
