   Ahhhh, you bought the one on eBay Express maybe??  Seeing as how you haven't any spot-on responses yet, here's some info that may help.

   Here is a thread on a UK woodworking forum that discussion Rali planes in general, you might get some help from the poster who owns a Rali.

   Here is a company that sells the disposable blades and one of their planes.

   ... and the Swiss had this to say:Dear Sir,Sorry, but we haven't further illustrations than appears on the box. But we can give you the following information:- you take the key that you have in your handle and open 2 screws on each side of the front of your planes.    It is quite simple the forward part is held by four screws you loosen those then adjust the forward part so the mouth opening is to you liking then tighten the screws and you are done.

   ... and this is what the nice people who sold it to me had to say in this morning's email;:"Unfortunately there are no printed instructions other than on the box, and
   the manufacturer's website has less information than ours. I guess those
   Swiss, especially the French-speaking ones, think everything should be
   obvious :-)."To adjust the width of the mouth, you loosen the four screws on each side of
   the front of the plane. That section will then slide. Place it where you
