Question for a friend of mine on seat back angle for a booth

Hi,
a friend of mine has seen a picture of a breakfast nook which has a built in seat bench with a seat back. Unfortunately there were no details as to the angle of the back of the seat which appears to be to be about 110-115 degrees from the horizontal seat board.
What is the recommended (ergonomic) angles for seat backs for benches like this?

preferences differ
For my son, that angle would be around 160°, but for most, particularly for a breakfast nook, something around 100° - 105° (10-15° off vertical) would be better. ;-)
