A friend has asked me to build her a Queen Anne curio cabinet. Is there such a period piece? And if so where might I get drawing and info.

Hi TRW,
I don't think you are going to find anything that fits the bill. I just searched through probably the two best references on the subject, Albert Sack's "The New Fine Points of Furniture," and Jeffery Greene's "American Furniture," and didn't find anything remotely similar.
You might be able to meet your friend's needs by building a project of your own design using period elements as described in this article on Queen Anne.
The hardest part of building something in a period style (what we like to call a period interpretation) is getting the proportions right, but it is not an impossible task if you are familiar with some of the techniques and construction concepts.
If you do decide to design something on your own, let me know and I'll see if I can come up with some plans that can be adapted.
Regards,
Matt Berger
