I’m looking to use an elbow catch on a hutch top piece (left door) and a ball catch for the right door. The problem is all I’m finding around is pretty low quality stamped steel. The hinges are victorian in style and I’ve given up finding anything that matches that, but do know that their exists quality Solid brass eblow catches and adjustable ball catches. Anybody reccomend a brand or web site. I’m pretty sure there are some made in England that are of superior quality but can’t remember the name. Anyway and suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

http://www.horton-brasses.com/ and http://www.ballandball-us.com/ are good places to look.
Try Lee-Valley. They have one of the wider range of hardware that I've seen.
Thanks to those who replied, I could not find a source for both items. Seems like either they had one or the other. I did finde both at http://www.woodzone.com and they had them in stock and were reasonable on the 2nd day shipping. I even got a few extra for the next project a wine cabinet. have you checked Van Dyke's restorers? They may have what you're looking for.
Ya know I went there first and was dissapointed. They too only had the cheapo stuff. Pretty unusual for them. I did find some good quality stuff thanks. The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.' - Renaldus Magnus
