I recenty purchased some pre-finished maple ply (finished on one side) for some kichen cabs. Despite mt best efforts at being careful, I noticed some scratches. (I am going to blame it on the gorillas at the lumber yard). My question is: Is there any way to touch up those scratches. Now I know that they will be on the inside face, but just thought that I would ask.

Minwax makes a "crayon" for filling scratches, if you can get the right color. Flooring installers use them a lot :-) It's just a colored wax that you rub into the scratch then buff with a cloth. If the scratches are fairly small, they'll disappear.
