PJ882HH outfeed table adjustment problem

I just got the PJ882HH and am going through the setup process. I am not able to raise or lower the outfeed table however. I have loosened the locking handle but can’t get the lifting handle to raise or lower the table. I loosened the stop screws as well.
The infeed table raises/lowers fine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I have the Shop Fox parallelogram. I am guessing that the controls are similar. When I got mine, I couldn't move the outfeed table either. I had to break loose the locknuts on the limiting screws and back the screws out pretty far before I could move the table. On my jointer, the screws are large (8mm?) bolts with knurled knobs on the ends.
I have to confess that I tightened everything back down after I figured out how to do it. I just wanted to see why the table wouldn't move.

Thanks David. I tried, but still no luck. The outfeed table is only slightly lower than the blades, but i really would like to get it set just right. If all else fails I will call Powermatic tomorrow AM. Doug
