Greetings!
I have a smaller Milwaukee Panel Saw 6480-20 that uses a 8-1/4″ saw blade. I’m looking for recommendations for a Combination Blade (8-1/4″) that will cross-cut as cleanly as it rips. Currently I’m cutting with a 40 tooth dewalt finish blade that dose a great job ripping, but gives a rough cross-cut ( splintering ). I’ve had plenty of recommendations as to which blades cut the cleanest and why from Joe Woodworker. What I’m looking for is a recommendation from a Professional who uses a panel saw in their shop. I’m cutting sheet goods (Cherry – Maple – Oak, plywood ) to rough size before finish cutting on a cabinet saw / jointer.

I have the same panel saw and get very good results with the stock Milwaukee blade.
If you need the part number let me know and I'll look tomorrow, I've already armed the alarm on the shop and am heading for bed.

Very nice set up! I use a PC CS with a strait edge. I mated that with a Forrest WWII 7 1/4 blade. ITs been great and the edge is fantastic. Forrest has one in your size. There are lots of good blades, but after getting my first forrest, I've never wanted to try any others. Good luck.

If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it.
And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
