I PURCHASED A JET OVERHEAD AIR CLEANER (DUST COLLECTOR), I NEED TO CLEAN THE OUTER FILTER AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY, BASED ON 8 HOUR DAY. I HAVE BEEN JUST BLOWING IT OUT OUT SIDE TO CLEAN IT & THE INNER POCKET FILTER I CLEAN ABOUT ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS. HOW LONG DO THESE FILTERS LAST BEFORE NEEDING TO BE REPLACED? THE OUTER FILTER IS AN ELECTRO STATIC FILTER. ANYONE HAVE GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS TYPE OF AIR CLEANER? THANX

Mine is not a jet and has 3 stages but I get 1-2weeks from the outer two and weeks from the inner.We are building a kitchen with lots of sheet goods .It sounds as if you have a lot of dust in the air .You are breathing that before it gets to the filter.The biggest difference in my shop has been 1 micron bag on DC and an excaliber dust pick up on the saw
