Now that we’ve all seen the article in the latest issue of FW, I bet there’s a lot of us who would like to get our hands on a set of plans for a Secretay. It is a dream of mine to one day build one of the most magnificent pieces of furniture ever created. If any one knows where to find a good set of plans I would be indebted.
Thanks, Richard

Richard,
One source is Furniture Designs, Inc., (800)657-7692. They don't have a web address. The secretary plans shown in their catalog has an angled top rather than a scrolled top as shown on back cover of FWW. (That was an inspiring article.) GP
*UPDATE: They do have a website after all; it's http://www.furnituredesigns.com . The secretary I was referring to is #169, under Display Cabinets. GP
*Thanks for the tip on the plans for the secretary. I checked out the web address. Though it's not exactly like the one in the FW article, it looks like it will do (with a little alteration).Richard
*Richard, the guy who wrote the article was Allan Breed. I got his address from FW, and wrote him a letter. I to would like plans or the materials he used to teach the guys in the article. I have not heard from him yet, but I hope that he will write back.
