Cleveland Tool & Cutter is adding a Rockler store at their existing location. I was told during my visit today that it should be open by the end of the year. I was surprised to hear this considering the state of the economy.
Also, Cleveland Tool & Cutter is have their annual open house December 5 & 6. Please attend as I will receive thousands of dollars in store credits if you do.

Do they sell Unisaws? :<))

Don't know which store you're referring to so . . .
The guys at the Rockler said they could order Delta, Jet, Powermatic, etc.Last time I was at CTC, they had 5 each of Unisaw, Powermatic 2K & Sawstop on pallets - ready to go.-Toby
That was a dirty deal that Corporate pulled on Jeff P. and his westside store. I may go to Cleveland tool & cutter but will avoid the "New" instore outlet.

Bruce,I have that same feeling of boycotting Rockler since the closing of the Parma store - not that they will notice much. The major reason my money went there was because of the people who ran it, not because it was Rockler.Hey, how's the white stuff over by you?-Toby
No big deal, only about 9"s.Work Safe, Count to 10 when your done for the day !!

I was trying to give a heads up on the new store. I do not know what happened between Rockler and Jeff P. Sounds like it has upset a few people.

I don't what the real story is either, if there is one. There didn't seem to be any problems or conflict - just a surprise decision from the Corp office. That's what I got from talking to the guys at the store. They seemed just as puzzled too.I will be checking out the new place, once it's open. What do I get for getting you store credits? :)Ever been to Ornamental Products on Pearl Rd? Something like CTC - lot's of tools to gander over.-Toby
Maybe a couple of beers, I was joking about the store credits. Do you ever go to the Cornerstone brew pub in Berea?
I have bought some woodworking tools at Ornamental Products many years ago. I seldom go there anymore as the owners seem rather abrasive and not customer service oriented when I am in the store. The guys at CT&C are really nice and let me browse to my hearts content. They also answer my questions and treat me like a customer should be treated.

Been to the Cornerstone once. Been to Bucci's far more often, but not for a while now.Know what you mean about the customer service - at both places. A vendor can't always tell its next paying customer. One place anticipates it, the other doesn't care. Too bad.I got the Bosch litheon driver at the last Open House - I've used it quite a bit. Nice tool. We'll see whats up at this show - don't know if I'll be able to spring for anything though.-Toby
