I've had very good success with Lee Valley hollow chisel sets. I would also recommend getting the sharpening cone(s) too.

A Woodworkers mind should be the sharpest tool in the shop!
The Lee Valley are probably the best out of the box but.. a premium price. I use the CMT's which are not as expensive and have 3/4" shafts which I need for my 650 lb. Industrial floor mortiser. If you are not doing a ton of them even the cheaper Chinese and Taiwan's will work fine.
But... as Bob mentioned.. get the cones and use them regardless of which set you end up with. And if you are a production shop.. definitely make the up-grade.
