Okay, I’m stumped. I want to build the NF bench. I’ve searched the posts and cannot find any detailed construction plans. Are there any available that I can download so that I can get started?
Also, somebody dumped a whole bunch of alder on me which I have stickered in my yard. Any problem using it to build my bench?

If you go to the FWW home page and go down the page you'll find a section entitled "The Bench You Love To Love" click on it and you will be connected to a lot of information about the bench including, I believe, some plans created by people who made the bench. FWW never created plans.
If the alder doesn't warp a lot as it dries out, I seem to recall that it has some problems that way, it should otherwise be fine for the bench.
