It probably just needs to be taken apart and cleaned. After taking mine to a shop, I learned that solves most problems. Also, don't use too much oil. One or two drops a day is enough, more just gums them up.
Also check your air pressure... low pressure sometimes causes this as the driver doesn't retract properly. A bent or mushroomed driver can also be the problem. Grit or dust in the feed track can cause the nails to stick. A sliver of metal from a nail can jam the driver also. Nails that have been wetted will sometimes not feed properly.
If these fixes do not work, the lumberyards usually have contacts or even personel to fix pnuematic guns. Try a google search with your zipcode at the end of the message. You will probably get several businesses to choose from. Last resort is a PC repair shop. From what I've heard they overcharge.

I would ask.. Do you use a 'bit' of oil for the gun. Vegetable oil or Olive Oil works and hardly a problem to clean up on the wood.
And an auxillary air tank will help! Maybe you shoot way to fast for that compressor to keep up!

Could be the nails you are using.
Some of the collated fasteners have a thick tape to hold them together which hampers the feed of nails through the gun.
Nails with too much glue can also cause misfires.
As someone else said. Clean the gun first.
