I don't have a Minimax slider, but on the forum SawMillCreek there are several posters who do own a MM slider. Try there. Or just contact MiniMax directly.
Have you tried calling MiniMax USA?
Malcolm,
I don't have a MiniMax saw (mine is SCMI which is a more industrial version) but I do have a Minimax shaper with sliding carriage. It's a pretty fair bet that the mechanism is the same as the saw, although I wouldn't bet my life on it. For what it's worth, the slot is an upside-down "T". The narrow portion at the top is 16mm wide, the wider portion underneath is 30mm wide.
