Dave I bought matching router bits to be able to put solid wood on the veneer ply and having a tough time the one bit chews the edge is ther a better way to set up.

What type and brand of bit set did you buy? Is the problem with cutting the plywood or with making the edging?

It's an off shore brand not a name brand. Only 1 of the cutters has a guide bearing. The cutters are yellow if that helps.
