I have an acquaintance – not a woodworker – who had some Oak timber felled, rough sawn,  and stickered a few years ago. She is now looking to have the timbers milled for use in making some furniture – by lumberyard/milling operation in the New Haven/Branford/Guilford, CT area. If anyone has any recommendations (high) for yards etc in that area I would appreciate them. To remember she is not in the profession but is somewhat knowledgeable – so staff that are helpful would be a plus.
