I have done a plantation shutter project before but I was unable to get the louvre stock like I wanted it. I had to round over the edges and leave it at that. I would prefer to have the tapered sides like a professional mill shop could turn out. Does anyone have a source to purchase the stock and/or a method I could use to produce the stock? Thank you in advance for your help.

You might try building a fixed shooting board for your planer that has the desired bevel and guides for the stock to keep it in position while running it through the planer.
