Looked at a cabinet job today.
The owner had cabinets with pull out shelves and wants me to make more for a Pantry.
The cabinet has a typical shelf standard (the common type) mounted inside.
The shelf is a simple piece of wood with another slide out shelf on top.
So far, no problems.
Here is where the problem comes in, the shelf can be adjusted up or down on the standard to accomodate different size pots and stuff.
The shelf has a small clipp (kind of like a key) that goes into the standard to prevent the shelf from tipping when pulled out.
I’ve never seen a clip like it.
Anyone seen this and know where I might find them.
