Just click on the "Lie-Nielsen Jointer plane question?" in the Hand Tools section of this forum. That's pretty much a chat room.
That's true. That thread has been going on since the Paleolithic Age, and may go on for infinity, or even longer.

Foster Brooks was one of my favorite actors/comedians of all time. Ever see the clip of him meeting up with Dean Martin at a bar, where Foster played an airline pilot? Man, just thinking of it makes me laugh out loud.

Great stuff.
something tells me that if Matt Berger was still the moderator that thing would have been thrown into the Cafe 2400 posts ago. Not that it shouldn't still be alive, just that there comes a time and place when a thread should be ended when it goes so far off the original posters comments that it becomes frivolous.
Breaktime has a thread about buying tools thats 7500 posts long but the content is still true to the original post.
7500? Wow!
Go to the Woodwhisperer.com and click on Live on the top of the page. Usually, someone is there! Great Chat Room
All that link will get you is redirected to his gallery of stuff for sale.
