OK..so I have a memory like a sieve, but I’m hoping that you guys might be able to help. Sometime during the last six months I saw a knock down bookcase that was about 6ft high, leaned against the wall at an angle (the bottom of the feet were cut at an angle) and had m/t joinery.
I have a perfect place to put this bookcase, but can I find the plans? Can anyone recall seeing an article on making such a bookcase?
The article mentioned that it was good for “scrap” wood, it showed it being put together by a couple.
It used the weight of the books and the angle of the cuts on the feet to keep it snug and stable.
Hoping against hope.

How about FWW #158, dated October 2002? (The one with the guy making a curved drawer front on the cover.)
Adios,

Alison,
The other guys gave you the answer. However, there are two plans for the bookcase and you may be getting a tiny bit confused.
On Taunton's home page they have plans for a trapazoid shaped with M&T. The october issue joins the boards with housed lap joints. The point is your mind is not a sieve, still sharp as ever.
