Largest Bearing-Piloted Router Bit Avail
Does anyone know of a flush trim bit with 2-1/2″ or greater cutting length? I found this 2″ bit.

I suppose I could make one cut then adjust depth and use the cut surface as the guide. Will this yield a no-cut-line-surface, or is their even a slight difference in bearing diameter and cutter diameter for these types of piloted bits?

PRC has such a cutter. CD = 1.125", C.length = 2.5" with long 1/2" heat treated shank.
Only for those with a long list of priors; this cutter is not for the inexperienced.
Just a few.

Excellent quality and decent price. Probably the best bit maker in the business.
