I would like to locate, and buy, a copy of the June, 1990 American Woodworker Magazine. (The Magazine Publisher can’t furnish a copy)
If there’s an owner out there, please e-mail me.
If you don’t wish to sell the copy, please sell me a copy of a certain
article within that issue.
Thank you.

I probably have the issue. What article are you interested in?
Thank you, DP
The article was by Jerry Busse and was titled something like "How to make an air cleaner."
Please let me know should you find it.

I have the issue, No. 14, and the article. It's entitled "Shop-Built Dust Collector", by Jerry Busse, at pages 29-31of Issue No. 14. E-mail your address to me at: [email protected] and I will mail you a photocopy of the article. John Peck, Pasadena, California.
Come on guys, read the rules of the forum. This is a copywrite violation, aka theft.
Go to American Woodworker, order a copy of the magazine. If it's not available, obtain permission to make a copy.
Do it right. Don't steal others' property.
If the issue of the 1990 American Woodworker magazine would have been sold, instead of making a copy, would it been OK?
Thank you
John Cabot
Of course. Selling already printed material is different than reproducing it.
Look------
American Woodworker Magazine doesn't even have a "Desk" Copy of that issue. I've been through that drill via land line. Anyone who wants a copy HAS to look elsewhere.

Isn't it absurd that a publisher wouldn't have AT LEAST one copy of every magazine it ever published.
Seems like somebody would put at least one copy on a shelf somewhere...
Are you an expert in copyright law and/or intellectual property law? What is your legal authority for your statement?
Final post on this.
An ad hominem response is never appropriate; it simply begs the question.
My "authority" or lack thereof is of no relevance.
It's wrong, Pasadena Probate, and you know it.
