Love my FS 30.
Don't know much about the Grizz, although it looks like a very beefy machine. It's about half the cost of my MiniMax, but the description of the Grizz leaves a lot of questions unanswered. Don't know, for instance, if the knife system (Tersa) is the same on both units. The FS 30 is a breeze to use and the knives are very easy to swap out. They are reversible and disposable. You can do a knife change in under 5 minutes.
