Jessem fence with BenchDog’s iron table
From http://jessem.com/mast_r_fence.htm The MAST-R-FENCE its all tabletops from 24″ to 32″ wide and from 1/2″ to 1-1/2″ thick.
From http://benchdog.com/pdf/Bench_Dog_2009_Catalog.pdf the ProMaxRT table is 24x32x1.5 inches.
These specs indicate they should work together (just barely), but I’m concerned that reality will not match up with theory here. Does anyone have this combination? If so, how does it work?
What do you think of going with Jessem’s MAST-R-FENCE as opposed with Bench Dog’s ProFence32?

I'm thinking of trying this also. I have the JessEM fence and am thinking about buying the Bench Dog ProMaxRT. Have you tried this? Any one else?
Thanks
Keep in mind that the Bench Dog opening is non standard. That way you have to buy lifts or plates from them. Called the Sony way of doing business.Cheers,Peter

Yes it is! I had to make a MDF insert for my router lift. A old JessEm RoutRLift FX that works very well. Yes I have a old PC 1 1/2 HP for most of my work. I have higher HP routers but never needed anything better than my old PC one. The MDF cut-out is thin and fragile. I soaked it in Shellac for a day and let it dry out. Has served well for a few years. I do admit that I rarely have to remove my router or the shop-made insert. I remove them only for cleaning. NOTE: I am not bothered by crawling under the table to change bits.
Making that insert was a JOB and a half! But all turned out well. I figured if I can make furniture I should be able to hog out a insert.
I installed a digital measuring device on the router lift. No complaints with the set-up. Works great.
