I just bought a set of 12 Yasaku oire-nomi.
They are early eighty’s vintage, in perfect shape.
I can’t find any information about the brand.
Any input will be appreciated.

Check out http://www.japanesetools.com they have a forum on Japanese tools and you probably can get a good answer there. I hope your chisels work out for you I have Japanese chisels and have been pleased with them.
