   Tim,

   I was able to view the discussion a couple of time yesterday, but today it won't display either in "ALL" or "UNREAD mode.

   Bill,

   Are we all talking about the same thing? In the left frame of the message reading window, there's a folder called just "Business", not "Business Discussion", just as there are folders called "General Discussion", "The Gallery", etc. I don't remember seeing an entity called "Business Discussion".

   Every time you've posted on this thread, I've assumed you were talking about the "Business" folder and gone to the left frame to check it. For me it's always been there. Sometimes it shows unread messages, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't show any unread messages and I click on the "Business", I always get the first fifty old messages.

   I'm sure Tim is more familiar with the structure of this site than I am, but I thought if I'm confused about what it is that keeps disappearing on you, he might be also. Can you give us more specifics?

   On the left side or frame where the discussions appear, Tools for Woodworking, Gallery etc, I do not see the "Business" discussion.  I can switch between "ALL" and "UNREAD" at the top of the screen, but it still does not appear.

   Thanks for clarifying that. That's truly mysterious, and I just wanted to make sure everybody was working on the same mystery.

   Bill, it sounds like you are in Basic View, and if there are no new messages in a particular folder(s) since last you visited, it/they aren't displayed in the left pane. Go to the very bottom of this right hand pane where you are reading this message, and you'll see a switch to Advanced View. Click on it and every folder will be on view. If there are no new messages in the 'Business' folder (again since last time you were here) it will just show the title. Click on the numbers next to the title and the folder will open up.    Thanks...that worked! I created my own problem by all of the posts in that thread.
