anyone used internetlumber.com and care to comment? I need a moderate quantity of eastern walnut and their price is very competitive, but obviously I am reluctant to buy sight unseen.

I can get my 'sticks local' and can see what I am getting.. Sometimes I do not look that well. MY mistake.. Same as others..
I would try to find out how long they are in business. May say something..
Woodman........I have purchased from Internet Lumber. 3 orders came unscathed all wenge one order was dropped and the 6/4 wenge split. Called sent digital photo's and had a replacement order sent the next day.
Be specific when you order from them and question how your order will be bundled. Mention that you know lumber is heavy and you want the carrier to have handle your goods effectively and that starts with how it is bundled.
I've been happy with Internet Lumber.
