This is a Skilsaw zephyrplane belt sander. I need a date of manufacture and a site to post this where collectors buy this kind of tool. Any info will be helpful about the tool. It has the metal carrying case. Serial #-Model Z.P. 122995

There's not much of a collectors market for these types of tools. I suspect you won't get much at all. OWWM is dedicated ot machines and they are pretty much bottm feeders which is why they go for the old machines.
