I have an old Inca jointer planer and the motor is going. Garrett Wade no longer can get replacement motors. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement motor for the machine?
Thanks, Dick

Nothing special about the motor really. Any place that sells motors will work. Try the yellow pages under electric motors. http://www.grainger.com http://www.surpluscenter.com http://www.woodwworker.com http://www.grizzly.com Motors can be rebuilt but unless it's special or bigger than 2 hp it's typically cheaper to replace.
I've dealt with grainger on differnt electronics and they will match up the old motor with a current one. Plus they have stores in many places so there may be no waiting.Kevin Arceneaux
