Anyone know where I can find some good humidor plans that also explain what type of devices I’m to put in them? I have two brothers who both like cigars and I’d like to make one for each.
Thanks,
Michael

There is a Fine Woodworking issue about 4 or 5 years back that has an article about building a humidor.
FWW#127, pp. 44-51
Thanks for the help. I'll try and dig up that issue...if I have it.

Any way someone can do a quick scan of the photo of the humidor? I'd like to see it before I order the issue.
Thanks,
Michael
That issue used a technique of solid Spanish Cedar with hardwood corners and decorative veneer surface... After a trip to a cigar store to browse through their high end humidors, I felt I could do it on my own. You do need a spanish cedar lining and an air-tight seal, just about everything else is whatever you want. ________________________Charlie Plesums Austin, Texashttp://www.plesums.com/wood
