I am fairly certain , not 100 percent sure, that those are cutters for an industrial automatic lathe such as a Holtzappfel (spelling?). Not for your Delta, One Way or Grizzily at home lathe....
And on further thoughts it seems that the seller is another one of those who don't know what they are selling, or misrepresenting. Buyer beware......Philip Marcou

Not surprising. I wasn't interested in purchasing but I do like to know how things work. I agree that the seller probably doesn't know what they are selling.
